This document describes the standardised and approved operating procedure for isolating Phytophthora agathidicida (PA) from fresh or stored soils.
Baits obtained using this method may be used to identify PA using molecular or laboratory culture tests, including the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) or the standard soil bioassay and morphological assessment.
